This week, Cincinnati Automation came in to save the day. A customer called to say they were in a tight spot and needed some on-site support. They had recently installed an inspection system and due to operational issues were forced to move it to a different location in the plant but were now without a vendor to support the system. They also wanted to connect the system in with their network at this point.
Cincinnati Automation Senior Controls Engineer Herb Zingsheim showed up on site and was able to diagnose their situation, needs, and develop a solution. There was a need for some additional hardware and programming, but within two days, Herb had the system back up and running, inspecting their parts as well as now communicating with their in-house network.
