Inspection & Gaging in Harsh EnvironmentsCincinnati Automation releases an automated inspection & gaging machine designed for harsh environments. The inspection system is fully enclosed with 1/4″ thick plastic panels that are sealed around seams.
The inside of the inspection cabinet is purged with clean dry air to provide positive pressure that prevents migration of dust and other contamination from harsh environments.
The machine is supplied with high resolution Cognex or Keyence machine vision inspection camera(s) and/or Keyence precision lasers for gaging.
A pass through conveyor moves parts into position for inspection. A reject device pushes bad parts off line down a chute to customer’s bin. Good parts flow through to the next station. Options include data collection PC, and a full box control packing conveyor.
