Auto Springs

Installation was designed and built to allow valve spring parts to be placed onto a conveyor by an operator, conveyed into an enclosed machine to be inspected for two paint marks on each part, selectable for white marks, or yellow marks, then conveyed to a good part divert, or conveyed to the end of the conveyor and dumped into a bin for bad parts. This installation includes an Allen-Bradley control system with an Automation Direct HMI, and 2 RBG sensors.
