Drive Shaft Run Out

CA integrated 3 Keyence LKG-87 laser displacement sensors into two existing tube forming lines to measure the run out of drive shafts for light trucks. CA’s control system was programmed to pass the measurement data to the production management computer which determined overall pass or fail of each drive shaft.
