Electrical Connector Inspection

Installation #650.1 was designed and built to allow welded parts to be placed onto a conveyor by an operator, conveyed to a Adept Robot, inspected for orientation, and placed into the CVIM machine in a certain orientation, remove the parts from the CVIM machine and place them into a paper tray pallet.

This installation includes an Allen-Bradley control system with HMI, a Adept Robot with an CX Robot Controller, and a JAI CVM-10 camera.
