Laser Profiling of Surface Features

Cincinnati Automation has developed automated laser profiling systems for a wide range of medical devices that require precision gaging and verification of the manufacturing processes. Keyence LJG series and/or LT-9000 lasers are mounted to either programmable servos or fixed above part nests based on final customer requirements.
