Packaging & Label Inspection Systems

CA has installed a wide range of Food and Beverage Package Inspection Systems for applications such as label, cap, safety seal, date and lot code verification. The systems included either Cognex or Keyence vision cameras, user friendly touch screen HMIs for counters and part number selection.

The systems can be small boxes attached to customer’s existing conveyors up to larger floor standing units. The camera and light type are based on customer’s specification.
