Bushings – Tie-Rods

This machine is an inspection system, which verifies the bushings incorrect orientation before the bushings are seated into the tie-rod.

This system required the Ezvison I4C (Cognex 8100 Brd.), a Rotary Sel-G, Digital IO (Opto 22 brd.) and custom software to interface the system.
