Gas Line Check Valves

This machine consists of a vibratory feeder, a vibratory inline, a glass disk mounted on a dial plate driven by a rotary drive, an EZVision™ I2X+ machine vision system with two cameras and lighting, and a NEMA12 electrical enclosure.

These components are mounted to a 1” steel base. An enclosure for the computer, camera mounting brackets, sensor mounts and other miscellaneous components have been mounted to a frame fabricated of extruded aluminum. The frame for the computer has been enclosed.
