Mirror Inspection and Etching System

Side view and rear view mirrors were processed in this machine. An AB laser etched writing into both products and an EZVision I4C performed checks on both the etching performed and other features of the mirrors. Additionally, a 2-axis robot was used to further inspect around the outer edges of the part for proper sealing.
