Automated Gaging Systems

Cincinnati Automation provides automated gaging systems for runout, ID/OD, thickness, length, or 2D profiles of formed or precision machined parts. Contact and non-contact sensors or probes with accuracy as tight as 0.5 micron can be programmed for a wide range of parts. Full part shape and size can be verified with 2D/3D systems.
